It is under menu 14.  There is an English/Chinese/None choice that is not shown in the manual.

Subject: [chirp_users] Change language from Chinese to English-Baofeng UV-5R

 

When entering my one and only repeater frequency, offset, TX, RX, etc., the language changed from English to Chinese.  How do I change it back to English?  Can't seem to find the commands in the booklet.  Radio receives and transmits fine.
