[chirp_users] CHIRP 0.1.11b7

Hi all,

I just posted v0.1.11b7 with the following changes:

- Add Icom IC-W32A support (Thanks to Daniel for the loan) - Add Icom IC-T70A support (Thanks to John for the loan) - Fix the CSV driver ignoring D-STAR fields.

Unless anyone can find a show-stopper bug in this, I'm going to release it as the official 0.1.11, hopefully before next week.
