did you check that the plug sits well in the radio?

does chirp recognize the com port?

Same Yaesu FT60r

Same cable

New Dell PC

 

Chirp and Ft60r will not communicate.   Tried all the physical usb ports and numbered ports.   Com port recognizes the cable.
