[chirp_users] TYT TH-UV3R frequency range

      Has anyone experimented with frequency range on the TYT TH-UV3R ?
The valid bands currently defined in chirp/wouxun.py are:
THUV3R_DUPLEX = ["", "+", "-"]
        rf.valid_bands = [(136000000, 470000000)]
