[chirp_users] Trouble Reading IC-92ad

I haven't downloaded 0.4.1 yet and I'll get around to that but I can not get the radio to read.

OS: OS X 10.9 Radio: Icom IC-92AD Radio Interface: RS-92(official from icom) Serial: Prolific and FTDI both
