Hello CHIRP developers, Since I upgraded my OS X to 10.15.1 Catalina, CHIRP stopped working.

CHIRP is a 32-bit application. Catalina dropped support for 32-bit applications.

I haven't tried it myself yet, but I believe the workaround is to use the "MacOS Unified Application" instead of the "MacOS Legacy Application".

That hadn’t worked for me. I’ve also tried everything mentioned on the page of bugs/issues in the thread for this issue.
