I believe this is what you want - but I'd love to have someone confirm:
The CSV is attached (so, you might already know this, but you'll want to download the stock config from your radio, then paste the two rows from this CSV into the config, then re-upload it to your radio).
You can put whatever you want in the Name column.
You'll see what I did, but you needed to set an offset (-0.990 in this case) to step down your TX frequency. Then it looks like they want a Tone on your RX. And finally your mode would be NFM for narrow band.
You can program this all on the radio without chirp and doing it for just one channel wouldn't be that time consuming. So, as a backup plan I would print off some good instructions for programming by hand (check out Miklor's site) and practice doing it by hand so you're ready to do that in case something was programmed wrong.
If you know others going on the trip, you could ask them to share their CSV file with you.
Good luck! -Tycen

I am a newbie programming a UV-5r2+ using CHIRP. Could you help me with how to fill in the fields in CHIRP? I am going on a week long backcountry ski trip in British Columbia. The operation area radio frequency given to me is attached below. How do fill in the fields correctly listed in the screen shot of CHIRP below? Or do I not have enough information? I can’t figure out how to get the RX 170.100 and TX 169.110 on the same memory channel. Then I am not sure if I am entering the tone correctly?
Thank you!
