Now I am more confused. What do those fields mean? And what do the values mean?

I understand your suggestions that maybe I don't want RT on. That is what I am trying to change. But to do that I need to know the meanings of the fields and their values. That is why I asked for help. And why I am asking again.

Where are the fields and their values documented? Please help.
