[chirp_users] Can't install chirp flatpak

Well, I recently had to reinstall my system from scratch due to a disk failure and now when I try to install chirp I get an error:

$ flatpak install Download/chirp-daily-20210310.flatpak error: Failed to open file “/home/richard/Download/Download/chirp-daily-20210310.flatpak”: open() failed: No such file or directory

Ideas?
