I have a couple of RCA BR250 and they are good little radios but there is a marked lack of ‘3^rd party’ info on them.  It seems that they may actually be rebranded from another manufacturer, possibly HYT.

Can these radios be programmed by CHIRP (assuming I choose a different setting as RCA BR250 isn’t available)?

Is there a cable available or do I make my own?  The pin spacing is smaller than the cable for my Baofeng UV-5R.
