if you can read from radio-your cables are ok.

i have received errors when trying to read to radio-retry-sometimes 2nd or 3rd try will read to radio, so keep trying. do not stop on first error message. not sure what the quirk is. have reloaded drivers etc. and does not seem to make difference.

have learned to work around it.
