It’s a Yaesu cable. It’s worked for years with this unit.
Only thing new is the Dell PC, oh yeah and the new version of Chirp.
I’ve just tested the radio with a headset so I know the jack is good.

Chirp and Ft60r will not communicate. Tried all the physical usb ports and numbered ports. Com port recognizes the cable.
