I have Raspberry Pi 3+ ( Stretch )  running Chirp daily 20170124.
How do I update it to the latest version ?.

I've tried the Ubuntu instructions and I have got as far as installing the
package for apt-add-repository but no joy updating.

Any help appreciated, Mike
