Are you saying your cables aren't working with Win11?
When you insert one of your cables into your Win11 computer, what happens? Does Windows tell you the device is not supported? When you look at the device manager what do you see?
Some popular chips are not supported on Win 11, and require you to manually install previous driver versions to work.
This does not sound like a chirp issue, but it certainly is chirp-related.
