To correct with chirp any "dirty" memory generated from previous version you'll have to change the tone frequency to something different and then back to the right tone.

Yes, the easiest way to do this for everything is to literally import the image into itself. Open the image, File->Import, select the image, then click "all" to select all memories and then import.
