I don't understand your issue.

You can find repeaters in your area through websites like repeaterbook.com (also available as an app on most smartphones), or radioreference.com.

You can also import repeater info from inside the CHIRP program, using the import from sources (? not in front of a computer with CHIRP installed) option.
