[chirp_users] Vertex FTL-1011, FTL-2011 & FTL-7011: Help wanted to finish support

I'm developing the driver to this old but trusty radios.

We are looking for a Ham that has a FTL-7011 (any variant but the 99ch one) and the interface to program it to help us with some tests.

Driver is almost done, but need some FTL-7011 to validate the drivers before release.
