I have difficulties to install Chirp on my Linux Mint Cinamon 20.

Can I have some support to do it?

There are two archives to download in the website. One is tar.gz and the other is flatpak.

I can unpak the tar.gz, but I have no idea how can I intall from the folder. Can you help me please?

With the flatpak I have problem, because normally to install a flatpak we need a file flatpakref

So, I realy need install it and I will be very happy if someone could help me.
