Miklor says repeatedly this model is programmable with CHIRP (and offers a link to OEM software):

The radio is tri-band, tri-power, 999 channels - I'm not aware of any similar spec Baofeng that might be a substitute/alias, maybe reach out to Miklor and ask how they programmed the radio via CHIRP...
