Here's a link to the cable I use. It works on a windowsxp laptop,
windows 7 laptop, and windows 7 desktop with a baofeng 82c.

The thing that took me a while to figure out was the .img and .csv
files. I had to open any .img file and then Import the .csv in order to
upload my changes to the radio.
