[users] New model #8087 Revevis RT27 loan offer?

About 8 days ago I added a comment to issue #8087. I am interested in loaning a USA version. The issue was originally for a EU version. Should there be a separate issue for a US version?

The new model backlog is long. Any guess how long for this one?
