Hi Dave, thanks for responding. I'm afraid I didn't make myself quite as clear as I should have. I read somewhere that you can convert the image to a CSV file in order to print out a hard copy of what is in the memories. that is what I was trying to do. I did run a Windows Search for the CSV file and it came up empty so I don't know what is happening to it.
I assume you used File/Export, then selected a name at the "Save As" pop-up and clicked "Save".That doesn't actually create the CSV file. It causes an "Export To File" pop-up to open. The file will be created after you select the channels you want and then hit "OK".Is that possibly what's happening to you? Failing that, using Windows' file search should allow you to find the CSV file.

Upon examining that folder I found all my other image saves, but alas, no CSV file. I tried to save 3 more times but no joy. anybody have any ideas where this might be going? I am running Windows Vista on a laptop.
