Does anyone have good instructions for programing a Kenwood TK-260G, including needed cable and/or Driver. I tried and only got an error that the radio will not go into program mode. Any help or phone number of someone that has a Kenwood TK-260G that I can call would be much appreciated. I am a volunteer fire fighter and am trying to reuse these radios for a new fire district.  Thanks   Jim  W7JWT
