Have used the Daily Builds?  The stable release will not work.  Have you asked for help?

Which build version did you use?  What operating system.  If you use Windows have you read the posts on using the correct driver?

If using Linux did you follow the advice on permissions?

I did not see you ask for help except to unsubscribe from a group you subscribed to.

Even I needed help as I had made a stupid error, but this group got me going in an hour.
