[chirp_users] IC-2100H Failed to communicate with the radio: Unexpected response from radio

Hello Chirpers;

Having problems connecting my IC-2100H to Chirp. I'm running Windows 10 and downloaded the latest Chirp tonight , but still cannot connect.

I have used Chirp with the Pofung without errors.

Purchased the USB interface cable from Kj6ZWL through his ebay site.
