I don't know if this is the cause or not, but recently Yahoo changed
their email server config which is related to hamper most mailing lists.

Yep, this list was affected by that change. I noticed the problem with
Yahoo and Comcast servers at least. I made a change to the my DKIM
configuration, which I *think* has pacified those services (until the
next thing).
