Use Repeaterbook and specify a PROXIMITY search. You will be able to select all repeaters by band and/or features in an area around your desired location.

Hi all, just a quick question or two: I'm using the latest build of CHIRP, and when I populate a list of repeaters, the program enters *every freaking repeater in Florida*, which is like a gazillion. I only want repeaters within 100 miles (or less) of me here in the greater Tampa Bay area. I tried to remove some of the entries but that doesn't work. How can I tell CHIRP that I only want repeaters within a certain set of parameters? There doesn't appear to be a way to be more selective with the program. ANY assistance appreciated! Thanks....
