[chirp_users] ReReRe: UV-6R driver issue

yes, did some more tests if you type it on the keypad and store it, when you go back into the menu's it's just displaying the previously entered data - maybe from a buffer somewhere.

so it looks like it's just the inverted power levels need fixing.
