Has anyone had any success programming an IC-7000 with CHIRP? My CHIRP sees the radio and tells me it programs only in "live" mode and that it can't download or upload anything.
When I try to enter data directly CHIRP goes through something but then the screen comes back and reloads the channels again. All of which are blank, by the way.
