[chirp_users] CHIRP

I've downloaded Chirp but the upload button is not highlighted, does this mean my driver is incorrect, I put the driver in first, I own a Baofeng UV-9R is it the same driver as a UV 5.             Thanks in advance  I think the driver was called something like a 20 20 the latest
