I use CHIRP daily-20161123 that works at Baofing UV-3R+ and UV-5R without any problem, but uset at my new UV-5R plus I get the error "Incorrect 'Model' selected". Any suggestion?

It apparently is returning a firmware type that CHIRP doesn't know about. Attach a copy of the debug.log file.
