You can attach the raspberry pi to your TV and you are set. I picked up a wireless keyboard for $8 from ebay and it works great

There is a Raspberry Pi image out there called "Ham Pi".
It has a ton of Amateur Radio software pre-installed, including Chirp.
I have a separate Raspberry Pi set up with that I use in the shack.
