Hi chirp_users. I have a Baofeng UV-5RA HT. I am trying to reset up the HT the way it was after #40 (factory reset) in the HT's menu was hit. I remember most of the layout of the HT's memory when I looked at it via Chirp, but I never saved it. The layout as I remember starts at memory ch 1. From ch 1 to about ch 30 was filled with ham repeater frequencys and simples ch's. all on the (A, top display). Then there was about 20 blank ch's. The 21st ch had FRS1 on the 21st memory ch and so on. I don;t know how to setup the 21st memory ch to on the (B) lower display FRS1 and to rx/tx to the other FRS ht's that I have.
