Your radio is a variant of the Waccom Mini 8900, and that kind of radios has a picky communication with our driver; this is a known bug and we are working on it.

If you use windows give it a few tries, it will work eventually in the best scenario. If you use any linux flavour it will no work at all.

We have on the bech a dev driver that is more stable on windows and sould be pushed soon when it shows stability and we can test it don't disturb the others radios work.
