Yes, the software is seeing the comm port. When I click on the OK to download from the radio, the radio shows no activity on its screen. When I use the Kenwood software or the RT Systems software, the radio screen shows that the radio is sending data, and the radio’s programming is loaded into the software. I have also updated the SI software to 6.5. It appears to be that the software and the radio are not communicating---like the radio doesn’t see/hear the software.
Any suggestions glady accepted and tried.
