Hi Rafael
I will try to help. As a review of procedure. First you need to get communication with the rig setup so you can have a template of the memory, So when you have communication set up and can click on the radio tab at the top of the CHIRP screen you then click on "download from radio" which will then show up on the PC screen with a little window showing progress. Then another screen showing contents of memory. Now on the CHIRP screen under file click "save as" and give it a name. Now that you have the memory contents you can edit/add more content and again save. Now to the part of your question, On the radio tab again, you now will see an option to "upload to radio" because you have content in the program template that is ready to load. As a note if you just want to you can open under file the saved content to reload the memory positions. I sometimes get things saved into memory positions on my VX5r that I don't want, in the case of that rig I have to do a reset that clears all memory so I can reload it with the good stuff. A person can have memory for several locations, say for repeaters on east coast and west coast. A simple reset and reload sets a rig up for either.
I hope this helps and that I understood you question too.
