Chris,
Check your language
settings? What encoding are you using?
I use UTF-8 on my desktop
for the locale. If someone sends me a different
encoding it often
appears as you say it does.
I am using an Android at the monent, so I
have no idea of tge encoding, but
probably UTF-8.
