Yep, about every TV has had one since quite some time back. Even an old 720P TV works great for a RPi.

Raspberry pi was designed to be an easy way for kids to learn coding and not need a lot of money. You don't need a monitor, just plug it into your HDTV using an HDMI cable and an open HDMI port on your TV.
