Subject: Zastone ZT-X6 : Chirp "Radio Identification Failed"

Hi Sir/ Mdm,

i have a new Zastone ZT-X6 and was experiencing "Radio identification failed" message when i tried to read the unit using it programming cable.  

I installed the latest Chirp SW for Windows .  

I'm first timer on Chirp.  Pls advise how can i fixed this issue to have my ZT-X6 programmed.  Thank you very much.
