I think this is the only way to get a decent printout. I'll mail it to
myself and open it on a computer with Excel. Thanks for the feedback.

If it's a non-Windows box, there's always OpenOffice/LibreOffice that will
do a fine job.  Assuming it talks to a printer, of course.

There are small laminating kits in office supply stores that can render the
reference chart durable when operating portable/mobile.

Thanks. I sent it to my Mac on which I have Excel. I also have a box of 9x12 laminating sheets which I have used for manual pages and will use for the channel list.

To be clear, LibreOffice/OpenOffice are also available on Windows
as a free alternative to MS Office.

Another alternative is Google Docs Spreadsheets for turning a CSV into a PDF.

Or export to an CSV file and open in excel.

Why do I need a frequency in the offset cell even for a
simplex channel? I was redoing my channel list yesterday

and noticed the radio would not transmit on a channel that
was for simplex crossband use into my base radio. I had removed
the frequency figuring that if it is simplex it doesn't need an offset
entered since it is the same as the RX/TX entries. Well that's not

the case. It's no biggie. But I would like to understand the logic
of needed the simplex frequency entered into the offset cell. Or
maybe I'm doing something else wrong?
