Use the Win 7 software.

I just bought 2 Chierda CD-728 handheld VHF radios and a program cable, do you know of any place to get a functioning software to program these? To my knowledge CHIRP doesn’t support them and the vendor has only Win 7 version, I have difficulties in getting access to that OS here. I have Win 8.1 in my computer.
