Bob, Where would I start, I've tried chirp on two different Mac's and I believed I was using the correct drivers for each machine (each has different OS versions). I've gone to Miklor.com as well and believed I had the correct drivers per each respective operating system. Any other source I overlooked?

Those are all bluetooth ports. The correct port will probably say something like /dev/cu.USB-Serial. Perhaps you need to find and install the correct driver.

Radio is BF-F8HP Operating system is Mac 10.8.5 I have installed everything Instructed to from the Chirp site. including the osx-pl2303 installer and the python runtime files
I start Chirp plug in the cable, and then the radio, and finally turn on the radio I then select Radio > Download from radio select Port (and there are several to select from:
- /dev/cu.Bluetooth-modem
- /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Serial-1
- /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Serial-2
- /dev/cu.Bluetooth-(myname)-Wireless-iAP
- /dev/cu.Bluetooth-PDA-Sync
All of which result in
- Chirp starts processing a gives error 16 Resource busy could not open port /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Modem
- for serial-1 it appears to start cloning and then reports: radio did not respond
- for serial-2 it appears to start cloning and then reports: radio did not respond
- for Bluetooth (myname) Wireless-iAP it appears to start cloning and then reports: radio did not respond
- could not open port /dev/cu.Bluetooth-PDA-Sync: [Errno 16] Resource busy: '/dev/cu.Bluetooth-PDA-Sync'
Could anyone help me here, thanks, Tom
