[chirp_users] Question about disabling transmit on a Baofeng UV-5x

Hello All,

I have several Baofeng UV-5x that have non ham (receive) frequencies on them. I used Chirp to program the radios.

Using Chirp, is there a way to disable the transmitter on these frequencies?
