[chirp_users] Newbie Today/Have tested successfully with Icom IC-91A

Hello! I'm new so have no knowledge of current discussions!

Chirp is an incredible tool and it worked great on the first try with my handheld!

The reference materials helped me find a driver that worked for my old Sabrent Serial to USB adapter cable on my Mac running OS X 10.8.5. Hurray!
