[users] Possible Bug In TD H3 In Chirp

Hello All, I don't know if this is a bug in Chirp or what, but I am using the open firmware on the Tid TD H3, which is the Ham version of that radio, and for the life of me, I could not get a GMRS repeater in my area to work from a programmed channel that I put in with Chirp. So last night I put a channel in by hand, and set it to a number, and that works. So, it isn't the radio, with this issue. Glenn
