CHIRP was working until today’s software upgrade.  I uninstalled and reinstalled once I could not clear the error.

 

When attempting to “Upload from radio” the pop-up box appears correctly confirming COM port, vendor and model.  After selecting OK,

 

Then “error #2” pops up “could not open port COM3. The system cannot find the file requested.”

 

Windows 10 – Device Mgr tells me that COM3 is set for the Prolific USB-to-Serial.  Under General, “This device cannot start (Code 10). A device which does not exist was specified.  Prolific driver is 9/4/2015, version 3.6.81.357
