Thanks Ted. That explains why the display is set to -and +. But the offset is listed as 0.000 and you cannot change the memory Ch offset once programmed. So it will not offset. Even though the Chirp IMG file shows the offset. I think its a newer firmware issue and something has changed stopping the programming. There are three of us here and all three cannot get the radios to work unless they are programmed manual.CThis is not a firmware issue. If you can work the repeater in VFO/Frequency mode and not in MR/Channel mode, you are programming the channel wrong with CHIRP. Email me you CHIRP image file and I will look at it.
