Try programming it as a UV-82, it is just a repackaged uv-82

Hey guys,
I recently Purchased a Pofung UVTEN-4 dual-band handheld.  I had thought
that chirp would support it when I purchased it, but found out after the
fact that it does not (should have made sure first:-( ).  In any event
are there any plans to support this radio in the near future?
