[chirp_users] Query RepeaterBook - Limit Band option only lists 10m band

Latest (16.01.2023) Chirp-next build on Linux Mint 20.2 Query RepeaterBook - Limit Band option only lists the 10m band. Am I missing something obvious? If not I can investigate further. Limit modes appears to work as expected. Freq Step is always 5KHZ - I have raised this with Garrett. Really great to see Chirp moving on Python3 and I will be doing all I can to assist.
