I don't know if this has anything to do with the new build or not. My guess is not, but I'll report anyway.

Windows 10 Pro up to date. After installing the 03/14 build the CH340 driver was not working. I had to manually uninstall and the plug back in. Then a driver installed correctly.

It may have been broken before I don't know. Windows did an update yesterday so that might have done it.
